Are your drops limited?
Yes. Most pieces are released in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.

How do I get early access to drops?
Join our email list. Subscribers get first access before anything goes public. Follow us on TikTok and Instagram too! That's where we announce drops, share what's coming, and let you into the process.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once you've placed one. If you need help, reach out to us immediately at info@asiankidtraumaclub.com and we'll do everything we can.

THE BRAND

What is Asian Kid Trauma Club?
It's everything we grew up feeling but never said out loud. AKTC exists for the first and second-generation experience, where we turned it into something we can wear, laugh about, and heal from together. Whether it's trauma from your childhood or trauma that you've carried into adulthood, this is for you. Worn on the outside. Felt on the inside.

What's the inspiration behind the logo?
Most of us are currently deep in the trenches of healing, likely parsing out our childhoods in weekly therapy. If our parents were short on "I love yous", they certainly overcompensated with "did you eat yet", usually paired with a side of commentary on our recent weight gain. Food was the love language when words weren't. So it only made sense: chopsticks, holding a broken heart together. That's us. Still healing, still being fed, just finally talking about it.

Do I have to be Asian to wear this?
No. The story is specific. It comes from a real place, two sisters, one family, one inheritance we didn't choose. But the experience of growing up with love that didn't always speak your language? That's not exclusive. Anyone who relates is welcome here.

SIZING

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — our pieces are designed to be worn with a little room, the way a good hand-me-down fits.

Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't offer exchanges right now, so please take a careful look at the size guide before you order. When in doubt, size up. This will be a more relaxed fit.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 5-7 business days and shipping takes 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We're a small, two-person operation and we're still finding our footing. Domestic U.S. only for now, but we hope to expand internationally in the near future. You'll be the first to know.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Because our drops are limited and we don't restock, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to check sizing carefully before purchasing.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
That's on us. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@asiankidtraumaclub.com with photos and your order details, and we'll make it right.
